We     can     do     this     thoroughly     and quickly    for    the    occupier    using    our analysis   tools.   The   occupier   becomes more     informed     as     a     result     and benefits    from    a    thorough    exposure and   debate   over   the   true   cost   of   the office   space   that   is   being   considered. This   means   that   better   deals   can   be achieved    or    better    alternatives    for comparison     if     the     offer     is     not favourable.
